Overview
The idea behind these documents is to give the viewer some insight into my thought process for product management tasks. I developed this separately from any company relationship so that they can be presented with no IP concerns.
This document follows the development of a chatbot for paying credit card bills from conception to prototype. It shows the definition of personas for the end-user as well as for the chatbot. User stories are defined and conversation flow created from these stories along with acceptance criteria.
Screenshots of the Jira backlog, tickets, and roadmaps are included.
Working code for IBM Watson conversation is provided, and a sample conversation is presented.
A business use case is for using a blockchain-based product to support charity fundraising to product donor transparency into expense payments. The product design allows for an easy transaction process of donations, low transaction fees for international payments, mobile payment capability, and charity payment transparency for donors. The plan provides targeted donor funding for expenses and activities.
This is the development of the requirements for an Intelligent Profile tool that will fill in travel information for a traveler and family. The tool will intelligently fill out travel forms using the appropriate personnel, family, friends, and business information. It will also use directed searches based on end-user preferences for travel to different locations.
These slides show a dynamic prototype of a gaming and restaurant app created using the Fluid UI design tool. . The prototype shows functional screen elements and screen connections to help stakeholders envision the finished app.
These slides are part of a research effort reviewing the use case strategy of the top ten cryptocurrencies. Potential use cases are suggested for consideration of new use cases.
